How do I access the secure portal?
Accepted clients receive an email invitation with a secure link to MyTAXPrepOffice. If you haven't received an invitation, contact us and we'll send one right away.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Is the portal secure?
Yes. MyTAXPrepOffice uses bank-level encryption to protect your data. Your documents are transmitted and stored securely. Never email sensitive documents—always use the secure portal.
